2. Entering into a contract
1 Once you place an order with us, you have consented to receive the goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have obtained your order.

3 In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or in the event of pricing errors, we will work to resolve this. Once you have received an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, only then will a contract be assumed between us.

Also pictured accessories are not included, unless stated within the specification of the product. Whilst goods may be shown assembled, they might require simple assembly by you.

3. How to place an order
1 You can use our website to place an order, simply by selecting the product you would like to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket. If you would rather order by telephone you can do so by calling us on 0208 556 4100.
2 Shipping charges are normally shown during the process of placing your order.
3 You will have to pay for the products in full at the time of ordering.
4 We use risk-free payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, Delta/Connect.
5 Promotional charges only apply in the period stated.
6 All charges quoted on our website are usually in UK pounds excluding VAT.
8 Once your order has been confirmed, further changes will not be possible. Also changes to your order may incur additional charges or delays.
9 Once your order is complete, we will notify you of the dispatch date.
4. Delivery & Charges
1 Goods will normally be dispatched from our storage place within 11-14 working days, and any approximated dispatch date is really an estimate, that may change without notice.
2 We will normally deliver items within 1 - 2 working days of dispatch.
3 Your goods may arrive in a couple of deliveries
4 We can deliver our doors anywhere in mainland Great Britain The United kingdom and Republic of Ireland. Unfortunately, we tend not to deliver to the Channel Islands or the Highlands/Islands of Scotland.
5 Goods will normally be dispatched to the actual delivery address supplied by you at checkout.

11 Deliveries are made to the ground floor only, please ensure there's reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods. You should inform us about any special delivery requirements or conditions whenever you place your order. Drivers are only insured to provide goods to the entry of your property.
12 From time to time, for reasons beyond our control we may be unable to deliver your items as planned. These might include situations such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, floods, storms, extreme weather, acts of god, war, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage or non-delivery from our suppliers. We will seek to put things right as quickly as possible, however we can’t be held responsible in these areas mentioned for a delay or failure in delivering your items.
13 Free delivery can be given on orders in which the total basket value is more than £150.
5. Cancellation and returns
1 You do not have the right to cancel items which have been modified at your request from the original design. This includes, but is not limited to, joint holes and custom sizes.
2 You may cancel your contract whenever you want within 48 hours following the day of shipping. To do this, please e-mail, fax or write to us. We are unable to accept cancellations taken over the phone.
3 You don't have to give any reasons for the cancellation. However, a brief explanation may help us to improve the service that we offer in the future.
4 Items that need to be returned to us will be done at your own expense, with their original packaging, within fourteen days should you decide to cancel your order. You must guarantee that such objects are packaged sufficiently to prevent damage during transit.
5 In the event that you are unable to return the products, we will collect them, and we will charge you for the cost of collection. In the event that you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before these are returned to us, and this leads to damage or wear and tear, we will charge you for the loss of value.
6 We will refund all money paid to us by you such as any postage / carriage within four weeks, minus any prices due under this specific contract.
This cancellation policy will not affect your legal rights, for instance, if goods were faulty or damaged.
6. Bad Goods / Warranty
1 If you have a problem while using the goods, please notify us by email or by letter providing details of the problem.
2 All goods are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the conditions and terms of that warranty.
3 The manufacturer’s warranty is provided beyond just the rights that the law says you have been a consumer and as a result, your statutory rights will not be affected.
4 If an exchange is critical, this will possibly be arranged without detrimental delay and at no cost. Replacement goods will never be dispatched until the initial goods have recently been received at the warehouse and looked at.
5 We will cover the cost for returning faulty goods to us, however, should the goods not be found to be faulty, we will return them to you and will require the cost of package and postage of the goods.
6. Most of our items tend to be guaranteed for 12 Weeks.
7. Items positioned near any sources of heat or steam must be protected either simply by heat deflectors or other suitable safeguards.
8. We will replace faulty and defective goods at no cost to you, this is providing you have returned to us the faulty items.
9. If an item is no longer available, we will offer an alternative. However, our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only and we cannot guarantee an exact match. In this instance, you will have the option of a refund.
7. Most affordable Price Guarantee
We will cost match any UK based competitor within 7 days after purchase, using the grounds of ‘like for like’ (your total quote price), taking all charges into consideration and availability of dispatch/delivery where they have similar terms to ours, furthermore we will beat their cost by 5% of the difference. To come up with a price match claim, please forward us the quotation from the competitor either by email to email@example.com or by post.
